About Mark Marinan

Established in 1988, B.M. Marinan Consulting Engineer is based in Upper Hutt and provides practical, reliable, and cost-effective civil and structural engineering solutions for residential and commercial projects across Wellington and surrounding regions.

My philosophy is simple: keep it simple. I focus on clear communication, sound engineering judgment, and designs that are buildable and compliant with New Zealand standards. My goal is to deliver safe, efficient, and tailored engineering solutions that meet each client’s specific needs, from concept through to construction.
